Kathryn has worked in Corporate Finance for over 15 years, and has taught for eight years. Kathryn currently works as a Senior Strategy Manager for Farmers Insurance Business Insurance Division, and was formerly a Senior Financial Manager at the same organization. She also worked at DaimlerChrysler Financial in the Mercedes Benz Financial division and the Chrysler Financial division.

Kathryn has been teaching at various colleges and universities since 2008 at both the undergraduate level and graduate level. She has an MS in Administration from Central Michigan University and an MS in Finance from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business. Her Doctor of Business Administration was conferred in 2015 from Argosy University, Chicago, with her dissertation concentrating on online education.
