Paul Serluco

Paul Serluco is a corporate money manager with over 30 years of experience in the finance function. As a business manager with the Boeing Company, Serluco was primarily responsible for developing and managing multi-billion-dollar U.S. Department of Defense contracts. Before launching Arrant Management Group, Serluco was chief financial officer and general manager of an award-winning financial publications firm in Orlando, Florida, that generated $15 million a year.

In this role, he managed all financial operations, including SEC reporting, budgeting, forecasting and investor relations, while also overseeing administrative functions. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in raising capital for the firm. Serluco has also co-authored two books – Public School Emergency Preparedness and Crisis Management Plan and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) – The Definitive Guide to Completing the OMB Exhibit 300 – and has written numerous articles in support of homeland security publications. He holds an MA and BBA in Economics and Finance from Temple University, a DBA from California Southern University and a Program Management Certification from the Defense Systems Management College.
