Dan Hecht

Dan Hecht is a dynamic leader who focuses on building winning teams and fostering a productive culture. With over 25 years of experience, Hecht has excelled as a top-tier executive at Procter & Gamble, served as CEO of MDVIP and worked with numerous companies to drive growth and efficiency. In 2019, Hecht founded CEOhm!, a consulting firm dedicated to helping leaders grow while staying true to themselves.

Since then, he has helped companies big and small successfully navigate product launches, competitive threats and strategic divestitures. Today, Hecht channels his experiences into valuable lessons from the crossroads of leadership and mindfulness, which he brings to life through teaching, consulting and speaking engagements. When he’s not teaching JWMI students, Hecht helps professionals across the U.S. find balance in their lives and unleash their full potential. Hecht holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Rochester and an MBA in marketing and finance from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
