Jeremy R. Agler has 15+ years of progressive leadership experience with organizations such as the United States Army, Bank of America, American Cancer Society, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Before joining the Jack Welch Management Institute, Jeremy served as Senior Vice President of Consumer and Business Banking for NBH Bank, N.A.

Currently, Jeremy is the Chief Consultant for J-Ags Consulting, a leadership and organizational development firm. As Chief Consultant, Jeremy has developed and implemented several leadership programs that focus on empowering leaders to lead.

Jeremy takes great pride in his ability to turn underperforming teams into high performing teams by engaging associates through recognizing individual success, rewarding initiative, and constant communication. He has proven expertise in coaching, process improvement, associate engagement, and development.

Jeremy has a BA in Political Science and a Masters in Public Administration from Oakland University and a DM in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from University of Phoenix.
